Proof of Delivery (POD) is not available for all DHL shipments. Currently, it is available only for DHL Express shipments, and it can not be downloaded or seen directly from the API response. The API sends a link, after clicking the link you will reach a DHL Express website where you need to insert additional information to be able to see the POD.
