Can I have a higher quota than 500 calls per day?

When the Location Finder - Unified API is added to one of your apps on your Developer Portal account, it will come automatically with the 500 calls per day quota and a spike arrest of 1 call per second.

If you wish to increase this quota, you may request an upgrade by following the next steps:

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Enter the app that has the Location Finder - Unified API
  3. Click on the red button "Upgrade Rate Limit"
  4. Fill out the form and send
  5. Wait for our team to process your request

You may as well go directly to this link and fill out the form once logged into your Developer Portal account.

Please note that the quota upgrades are meant to be given to DHL customers or stakeholders directly related to the business, like third-party logistics companies or marketplaces. Expect to be asked for additional details like DHL shipping account numbers, and related DHL referred sales contact e-mails.
