The possible causes that could mean you didn't receive pushed messages are:
1. The shipment IDs being queried in the subscription aren't supported by the API. Please refer back to the Supported Products by the API.
2. The subscription was created after the shipment was delivered - The Push API only pushes new events. If there is no new event to push because the delivery is completed, then you will receive no messages.
3. The subscription was created with the wrong shipment ID. There are many shipment identifiers such as Shipment ID, Customer Confirmation Number, Reference Number, Piece ID, Local tracking number, etc. The Shipment Tracking - Unified push API will only work with Shipment IDs.
4. There is something wrong with the source providing the data and that is why you are not receiving messages.
