There is not a "pick-up" event when I track my shipment, but other "transit" events appear correctly

Not all shipments will display a "pick-up" event. This occurs often when the parcel is handled in bulk and not scanned individually when being picked up. This behavior is correct and expected.


Essentially, every time a parcel is scanned by a DHL worker or machine, it will create an event that is registered in the history of the shipment ID.
