We currently have a Shipment Tracking Push solution in a beta test phase. Developers can request access to this webhook API by opening a support ticket in our Help Center.
When doing so, please state in the ticket:
- The name of your organization or company,
- Average shipping volume per month with DHL,
- DHL shipping account numbers,
- DHL sales referred contacts,
- The DHL services or Divisions you are interested in tracking
- Please provide a brief description of your business, the type of shipments you usually do (type of parcels, common origins and destinations).
Please note that access is not guaranteed, your request will go to upper management for revision and approval. Additionally, not all DHL services are supported yet on the Shipment Tracking - Unified Push API beta, they are constantly changing and the possible access we provide is also based on the current availability of the desired services.
