Usually, after submitting an onboarding request, it takes 2-5 working days to get a reply. If you haven’t heard back from us after five working days, please get in touch by submitting a new support ticket.
Note: A common reason the request remains pending is that the user selected the wrong API. For instance, a DHL Express or eCommerce Solutions customer selects a Global Forwarding API. Additionally, it is good always to include as much customer information as possible; this will allow the customer support agent to process your request or know who to forward it tomore efficiently.
