I'm not getting any locations from find-by-address

The find-by-address endpoint geocodes your input address into latitude/longitude coordinates and then searches for DHL locations near those coordinates. If the address is too general or cannot be accurately geocoded, the API return no results. Providing more details fields beyond countryCode (such as postalCode, addressLocality, streetAddress) improves the precision.

Please note that the returned locations depend on the geocoding service used, so we cannot guarantee that all expected locations will appear. As an alternative, we recommend using find-by-geo endpoint, where you provide the latitude and longitude directly. This avoids geocoding issues and is the most reliable option.
