I'm a third-party vendor (3PV) or service integrator. Can I request a quota upgrade for Location Finder to have more calls?

Our Unified Location Finder API is designed to support DHL customers and their partners in integrating DHL services into their solutions. We actively support collaboration scenarios, including integrations via third-party vendors (3PVs).

In general, quota increases are handled in the context of a direct DHL customer relationship. If your organization integrates the Unified Location Finder API on behalf of DHL customers, the recommended approach is to work through your customer’s DHL Developer Portal account. This ensures proper mapping of usage and enables us to provide targeted support.

Your customers can grant you access to their existing apps or share their Developer Portal credentials where appropriate. If they do not yet have an account, they can register via the developer portal and request a quota upgrade as part of the onboarding process. We are happy to support them along the way.

Support for 3PV (Third-Party Vendor) integrations:
We welcome 3PV integrations and assess them on a case‑by‑case basis. Where there is a confirmed relationship with a DHL business customer, we can evaluate onboarding and quota increases accordingly and support a setup that works well for all parties involved.

How to request a quota upgrade:
Go to the Developer Portal and log in → Go to your profile → Go to “Apps” → Select your app → Click on “Upgrade Rate Limit” → Complete and submit the form.
