I'm a third-party vendor (3PV) or service integrator. Can I request a quota upgrade to have more calls?

Our Unified Shipment Tracking API is intended for the use of our direct customers. Given that your organization doesn't have direct business with DHL, and is not the owner of DHL shipping accounts, we can't approve your request to increase the quota.
We know that is not the best outcome, and we constantly pass these requests to upper management. Our directing teams are currently working on a process where third-party vendors can have more calls; once we have an update on this solution, we can notify you.
If you are a DHL customer that does business with us, please follow the next instructions to request an upgrade:
How to request a Quota Upgrade: Go to the Developer Portal and log in > Go to your profile > Go to “Apps” > Click on the name of the app > Click on “Upgrade Rate Limit” > Fill out the form and submit.
