The service point IDs obtained from the Location Finder API and our third-party solution do not match, can you explain why?

We are unfamiliar with external third-party solution formats and data that is not owned by the DHL Group, hence, our support capacity for such issues is limited.

As an alternative, we recommend you utilize the different Endpoints that our API offers like:

• '/find-by-keyword-id' Endpoint to retrieve location IDs based on keyword ID, postal code, and country code.
• 'locations/{id}' Endpoint to retrieve one DHL location by its ID
